You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the shipping cost by providing a return shipping label to return the item to our warehouse and send a replacement item. If the return is a result of the item arriving damaged, we will cover the cost to return the item to our warehouse by providing a return shipping label and send a replacement item. Otherwise, shipping costs cannot be refunded. To request a refund, please contact the customer care department by email.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Kraken Rum, Accelpay, Inc. or its third-party retail partners. We are sorry but returns are not accepted for Alcoholic Beverages.
